MCO's initiative to provide responsive signage and multilingual elements improves and supports the passenger experience.
In an environment riddled with lots of information, it can be difficult to find your airline or understand an unfamiliar language when you're on vacation. So, we worked on implementing a feature for signs to display only what you need to see. This responsive system shows the active airlines and presents international travelers with the primary language of the country they flew in from. Learning how to prepare for customs, where to go next, and how to keep safe, has been made much easier for international travelers.
