Improving Visibility and Awareness at MCO
We worked alongside the team at MCO to build upon the passenger experience and their journey to and from the airport.
To understand their audience, we must understand who they are, why they are there, and the ways in which people navigate a space, to find solutions and support in every way we can. Looking beyond just a sign but also understanding where it lives and its connections with everything else within the airport.
This includes wayfinding, ticketing, security checkpoints, and promotional experiences. We built upon the active, evolving, digital signage system while continuing to provide results for MCO's goals, big or small.
The introduction of Brightline.
Since Brightline's arrival at MCO, the airport wanted to provide passengers with guidance on where the station was located. Along with updating other signage with Brightline information, we revisited the sign closest to the station to give it a new look, supplying people with information about the station and directions on how to get to their terminal.
Ticketing at MCO provides airlines with the option to give Orlando passengers a specially designed experience.
Sometimes there is still confusion about where to go, and after hearing concerns from passengers, a change had to be made. We worked alongside the airlines and the airport to provide the specific solution to help passengers get through ticketing with ease.
